Our synthetic turf products are manufactured by Synthetic Turf International (STI)- They are a member of STC (Synthetic Turf Council Certified System Builder) and also a LEED member. All of our synthetic turf is manufactured in USA and complies with California’s safety requirements. We also prefer to use a completely non-toxic and safe infill product which doesn't carry a proposition 65 label in California.

We have been installing synthetic turf applications for over 10 years and have not seen any of our products fail short of their warranty. They have been outstanding products and continue to improve. Generally, we expect our installations to last between 15-25 years depending on several factors. Certain yarn types are better for high traffic and our team can help guide you do make the right decision with longevity in mind.

Yes, during the hot climate conditions, which is normally only 2 to 3 months of the year, synthetic turf will get hot, such as most things like sand, asphalt, etc. If you are worried about the turf getting hot simply hosing down the application and the turf will cool down almost immediately. Keeping an existing sprinkler system in the installation area can also be an easy way to rinse off the turf occasionally on hot days or if you have pets.

We offer a aftercare program that can include a cleaning. Most turf will clean off when using a hose, should you want to use some types of cleaning applications, we suggest you consult with us prior, but most cleaning applications will be safe to use on turf. For pet applications we recommend enzyme cleaners by OxyTurf or ProVetLogic. It's good practice to regularly rinse down areas where your pet's have relieved themselves with a garden hose.

Should you have any calcium build up on the turf, using CLR (Calcium and Lime Remover) or windex will assist in cleaning your turf. Cleaning applications and maintenance should be consulted by our team.

We take pride in knowing that our synthetic turf products are American made. It's important to us that we support American manufacturing and that our artificial grass is 100% sourced domestically. Many of our local synthetic turf installation competitors have tried to cut cost by sourcing products internationally. This is something that we cannot compromise on, no matter the additional cost of synthetic turf made in USA.
